CAMPAIGN + BRANDING

Nickelodeon is a cable network dedicated to children. This rebrand campaign is centered around the creation of Nick, a friendly robot character that becomes a child's friend and is there to bring fun and learning, whether it be at home for Saturday morning cartoons, or entertainment on the go using the Nick app. The campaign seeks to engage viewers beyond the network's shows by reinforcing the brand's commitment to making learning fun through interactive games, books, and activities that can be accessed anywhere online or using the Nick mobile app. Children can create "Nicknames" and "Secret passwords" to login and access their personal hangouts and get lost on adventures with Nick the robot.

Ads to promote the Nick mobile app are placed in strategic locations such as bus stops and airports where mothers struggle to entertain their bored children. The creation of Nick provides greater opportunities to interact with children and drives sales of Nick merchandise.
